The capability gap
The platforms most organizations rely on are owned by US companies, and ownership sets jurisdiction. Wherever its servers physically sit, a US-owned provider answers to US law: the CLOUD Act can compel it to surrender data it holds, anywhere in the world. “Hosted in an EU region” changes the address, not the jurisdiction.
And jurisdiction is where it is really decided who can reach your data. For sovereign operations that is the gap: the record of what your systems and people did sits with a company a foreign court can compel. Berserk closes it: the platform, and the jurisdiction over it, stay yours.

Encrypted, immutable store
Telemetry is written as immutable, append-only segments on object storage you control, encrypted in transit and at rest under your own keys. With object-lock (WORM) it becomes an audit-grade record that can't be quietly altered or deleted.
Because Berserk is yours to run, a change in our ownership cannot change who controls your data. It is already, and remains, under your control.
